The document number manager enables user to define how the document will be named or numbered.

If you have the user rights to access this form, you can open the document number manager by the main menu :

You can now manage the document number, per document and per site :

Once a format have been defined, you can use it in the concerned document.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Manual mode is available only for Invoices.
