Introduction

This tool enables to give permission or to forbid access to customers for each site.

The exclusivity applying when trying to use a customer in the creation process. This exclusivity affects:

• Quotation
• Requisition
• Repair Requisition
• Exchange Requisition
• Customer invoice

In those documents, only ticked customers will be available, depending of the site selected.

In all other documents, this exclusivity will have no effect.

The exclusivity modify user rights: The modify and delete rights will be available only for users having customer access for the sites they are granted. (see user's rights)
