Synoptic
Synoptic (Processing time performances)
SPM documentation - January 25th 2011 – Written by Rémi Equoy
Introduction
The synoptic enables to compute the full process statistic merged with the number of days of delay worked out in the specific modules.
Statistics view
For each customer we read a delay rate:
Delay rate = [Nb lines delayed ] / [Nb lines]
For each reason R, the grid gives two information:

|
[Nb lines delayed because of R]
Delay rate because of R= [Nb lines delayed because of R] / [Nb lines delayed]
|
Only delayed lines will be included: A line with a reason of delay R but not delayed is discarded from the calculation.
Reasons R may be:
- Wrong Requisition's estimated lead time.
- A number of days of delay greater than zero in the Order taking process.
- A number of days of delay greater than zero in the Purchase process.
- A number of days of delay (to ship or to close discrepancy) greater than zero in the Supplier process.
- A number of days of delay to forward greater than zero in the Supplier process.
- A number of days of delay greater than zero in the store/Dispatching process.
List
The list merge full process lines and the following results:
- Days of delay because of req. Lead time: Number of days of delay caused by a wrong estimated lead time.
- Days of delay because of order taking: Number of days of delay in the Order taking process.
- Days of delay because of purchase: Number of days of delay in the Purchase process.
- Days of delay because of supplier: Number of days of delay (to ship or to close discrepancy) in the Supplier process
- Days of delay because of forwarder: Number of days of delay to forward in the Supplier process
- Days of delay because of dispatching: Number of days of delay in the Store/Dispatching process.
