SPM allow six kinds of third party : Customers, Vendors, Contacts, Forwarding agents, Sites and Stores.

Two of them are major entity :

• Customer :

               This entity is a commonly a company but it can be an SPM site too.

               Customers are compulsory in all customer orders and customer quotes.

• Vendor :

               This entity is a commonly a company (Supplier, vendor, manufacturer repair shop ...) but it can be an SPM site too.

               Vendors are compulsory in all vendor orders and vendor quotes.

The two following third parties are used indirectly with customers and vendors :
