Introduction


The Commission Overview enables to list all commission not paid (i.e. which have to be paid).

Commissions are due when invoices are closed-settled. (see Statuses)

It also enables to set the commissions payed.

Moreover, the tool enables to extract an invoice list from a period with all payment information (who and how much)




A payment can be done only once and cannot be canceled. Save is not needed (done immediately).

When a commission is payed, the amount is frozen even if the invoice is modified.


Th following columns are available:


From where comes the commissions ?


The Sales agent is a user with the Sales agent check box ticked in the User form/Options tab.

The currency is defined in the user form too.

A Sales agent with the appropriated commission is defined into the Customer form.

When creating Quotation or Requisition, the default commission is added automatically in the Mark-up/Sales agent commission column.

When a Requisition is create from a Quotation, commissions are copied.

When creating Invoice's synthesis, the Agent % is updated with the Requisition's Sales agent commission percentage.

The default Sales agent will be the customer's Sales agent.


The Sales person is a user with the Sales person check box ticked in the User form/Options tab.

The percentage fees and the currency is defined in the user form too.

A Sales person is defined in the Customer form.

The Sales person with default percentage and currency is initialized in the Invoice's synthesis when creating lines.


The Purchase trader is a user with the Purchase trader check box ticked in the User form/Options tab.

The percentage fees and the currency is defined in the user form too.

The Purchase trader have to be selected into Customer Invoice's Synthesis module.
