Create RF from DN

Introduction

SPM enables to create a Receipt Form from a Delivery Note.

This feature is allowed in two cases :

1. Inter site process
2. Manual movement

Inter site process case

The Deliver Note is linked with a Requisition which is linked to a Purchase Order. The created Receipt Form will be created by merging PO and Delivery Note information.

Manual movement case

The following dialog box will appear :

Once create, the Receipt Form enables to dispatch the items into any other stores.
