Introduction

Sometimes, the default booking engine need to be modified.

From the Requisition, the contextual menu activated by right clicking into a Stock or Inter Stock line enable to open the View/Modify booking form:

The grid enables to see all lines/Items available.

To be available in this list, an items must be:

• Same Part Number
• Same store
• Same Condition
• Having an available quantity
• Not for sale option not ticked
• Not already booked by another order

The Booked qty (base UOM) column enable to modify the booking for the order.

Of course, the Available qty (base UOM) include the booking for this order but also all other orders.

The New ordered quantity is computed and updated when the user push the OK.

Moreover, the purchase price will be update with the selected items.(see Purchase price rule)

If the order have been defined with a store owned by another site (Inter Stock feature), the Inter Site Orders (PO+Requisition) will be updated automatically.
