Introduction


The Package receipt tool enables to tick goods received into a package by knowing the description of the content (Part Numbers and quantities).

This feature allows to improve the opening of the package by sorting the priority and/or remaining days.


Filter description



The list is populated with PO lines not fully received and unpacked (i.e. without Receipt Form).


The lines may be filtered by Vendor name, by Purchase Order or by Part Number.


Show awaiting orders check box enables to display lines without the Physically received value ticked.

Show awaiting packages displays lines physically received, fully OR partially.

Hide re-provisioning check box enables to display only lines ordered for a customer.




Grid description


Modifiable columns are displayed in bold:


IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. When the Partially received has been ticked and when the receipt form is done, the Partially received check box must be unticked to allow another receipt.

2. When receiving the latest partial quantity, Partially received and  Physically received must be ticked simultaneously.



... When the expected ship date is reached two days later.

... When the expected ship date is reached one day later.

... When the expected ship date is reached today.

... When the expected ship date have been exceeded.


The number of days is computed in working days.


This tool is connected to the Reminder tool and all information will be viewable from the Reminder. tool.
