Introduction

A Work Order is a document which represent an order to create a number of kit(s).

Creation

A new Work Order can be created from the main menu or from a Part Number line in the Requisition form :

2. Requisition / PN tab / Push down menu / View / PN Infos / Work Order tab / Push-down menu :

General

The General tab enables to enter all data about the Work Order.

Creation process tab

This tab enables to see the global situation of the kit creation process.

Moreover, it enables to advance the status of the creation process by creating :

• The Kit Requisition
• The Delivery note to requisite part needed to build the kit(s)
• The Receipt Form insert the new kit(s) into a store

Ingredients analysis

This tab show all information about the ingredients

Kit created

This tab show all kits which have been created and also added into a Store trough Receipt Form (The store receive the kits)

History of parts used by the Work Order

This tab show all spare parts which have used to create kit or those which have been requisite if the Work Order is still in progress.
